Radisson Red Madrid Hotel

The room I booked was reasonably large on the first 3 floors. Having a hairdryer, a shower cap and fresh towels was a bonus. The location was good and unbeatable - 300 metres away from a sprawling museum......  

Newly decorated brand-new property with very efficient staff at the reception desk. A nice size room & great-sized bathroom. Easy enough to find, in the centre of Madrid. Really enjoyed lively area. A good sized restaurant and...

Even though they are right underneath it right now and they were biting with a bulldozer and when they closed the windows you could hardly hear anything. The pillow catalogue is very complete, I thought about asking for one...  

Location. visit to the city centre and museum area is unbeatable. AVE station is very close and can be reached on foot.

The top of the bathroom door is placed in front of the toilet bowl, so when she came in, my wife hit her toe twice as she went into the bathroom. The location of this bumper on the floor is frankly unfortunate and inappropriate, especially when accessed at night. She has an injury to her toe that has caused severe pain and inflammation and which needs to be diagnosed by radiology in order to contrast a possible injury. This mishap has also made it difficult for her to walk and visit what we had planned. The room faced a side street on the first floor with a horrible view of a building under reconstruction and in the early morning you could hear the noise and commotion of passers-by in an unfavourable state.

The place was impeccably clean and recently refurbished, had fabulously helpful and very efficient staff at the reception desk. Besides, the location was comfortable for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Prado National Museum. The area was lively...

Inconsistent air conditioning. The parking situation was a hassle, turning what should have been a simple process into a frustrating experience.

Nice, clean, modern value for money hotel. Excellent location (next to the Atocha station and the Reina Sofia Museum). Friendly staff (the concierge brought my luggage to my room without having asked about it)....  

The breakfast was large and varied, the check in was easy. The food was outstanding with plenty of alternatives. The location of the hotel was ideal, close to everything.

The vibrant decor and contemporary artwork created a cheerful atmosphere, while the common areas provided ample seating for relaxation. The staff efficiently assisted in setting up my presentation equipment. The hotel's location near museums and...  

We lived in a room with a balcony over looking the street, I wouldn't say it was very noisy. In the center of Moscow it is clearly noisier even with the most comfortable windows. Breakfast is great, service is good....  

The hotel is modern, very well located and the room was very nice and clean. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who visits Madrid.

This was just an appropriate option for a hurried visit in Madrid with real value for money. The breakfast was decent, with a good variety, which I appreciated. Make sure to check the cleanliness of plates before using them.

The staff and services were fine.

The breakfast is overpriced and not very appetizing. We booked a spacious room but ended up with a matchbox room. After complaining, we were given an appropriate room. It's the same old nonsense everywhere. If you don't insist on what you want, you won't get it. Bad policies and bad customer relations.

Location was excellent, desk staff very helpful with good spoken english, room met expectations, probably a bit on the expensive side
